Chicken gizzards or giblets in the UK?

Where can I get them? Even if I have to buy them online?

  1. You can buy them from a butcher...you my have to ask them for them as they don't have them on show..hope my answer helped..


  2. A lot of butchers market stalls will sell them to you, excellent for gravy !  

  3. Frozen birds usally have the giblets. If not ask your local butcher if you can find one.

    They make great stock for a gravy.
