  1. Chicken is way better and easier for your body to digest

  2. Chicken can be just as fatty as steak... it depends on the preparation, the cut of the meat as well as how the animal was raised. So eat what you like when you are in a restaurant.  Unless you eat at restaurants for every meal of your life, you can always adjust your diet to work for those meals that are higher in fat.

  3. How about a chicken-fried-steak

  4. depends i like steak  but not on the bone it has to be cut into strips....chicken is good

  5. beef or the juice from a chikn vagine.

  6. Could be both as some lean beef and some fat filled chicken if fried!  Eat meats baked or broiled. A fish dish is good too.  :)

  7. It depends upon the cut of the steak and the part of the chicken.

    Chicken breast is very lean.

    Sirloin is very lean.

You could eat a chicken thigh or a hamburger.  They are about the same nutritionally speaking.

I think overall it would be easier to get a chicken breast  grilled at a resteraunt than a lean cut steak.

    more info for you:

Beef varies widely in fat and calorie content, but 19 cuts meet the government standard for "extra lean" or "lean."

For example, one serving (100 grams or about 3.5 ounces) of eye of round beef, trimmed of fat, contains 168 calories and 4.8 grams of fat, including 1.7 grams of saturated fat. Compare that to skinless, boneless chicken breast, which has 165 calories and 3.5 grams of fat, including 1 gram of saturated fat.

Sometimes beef is actually labeled "extra lean" or "lean." U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines say "extra lean" means a 3.5-ounce serving has less than 5 grams of fat and less than 2 grams of saturated fat. "Lean" means a serving has less than 10 grams of fat and less than 4.5 grams of saturated fat. Both extra lean and lean have less than 95 milligrams of cholesterol.

The 19 lean cuts, beginning with the leanest, include: eye round roast; top round steak; mock tender (or chuck-eye) steak; bottom round roast; top sirloin steak; round tip roast; 95 percent lean ground beef; brisket (flat half); shank crosscuts; chuck shoulder roast; arm pot roast; shoulder steak; top loin (strip or New York) steak; flank steak; ribeye steak; rib steak; tri-tip roast; tenderloin (or filet mignon) steak; and T-bone steak.

For the leanest end result, choose cuts with less marbling and trim all visible fat after cooking.
