The chicken crawled out of primordial soup, then laid an egg and would have made another chicken but i fried the egg and ate it, sorry

chicken cause if it was just an egg something would have happened to it... why can this question never be asked about anothe bird, such as a duck, or an eagle for example?

The answer depends on what theory you believe in. If you believe in creationism then the chicken came first because God created all living creatures. If you believe in evolution than the egg came first because the chicken was probably a mutation of some other animal that it evolved from in earlier times.
