How to make it?

I take a soft taco shell and put cooked chicken breast and cheese and tomatoes in it and then fold it in half or put another shell on top.  Then bake it.  Or fry it.  and put with salsa and sour cream.  Perfecto :P

Taco Bell actually makes a decent quesadilla.  Not really the best of Mexican food, but always tasty!

Edit:  Quesadilla literally means "little cheese", pronounced kay-sa-dee-ya.  Two tortillas (or one folded over.  Cheese, cooked meat, grill til the cheese melts.  Mmmm.... good!
