Chicken recipe for already grilled chicken?

We have a Foreman grill that we like to use for chicken, but we're running out of ideas for meals. Any suggestions?

I like to make kind of a Waldorf chicken salad.  I cut up or shred the grilled chicken, mix in grapes cut in half, small apple chunks, walnuts, and a little bit of fat-free mayo.  This makes a great wrap or is good on a bed of greens.

I also will use it in place of meat in a lasagna, chop it up in a cold pasta salad, or make chicken chili.

Precooked chicken is the best for cutting up on salads. Making chicken pot pie, chicken salad sandwiches, any recipe that you can find using cooked cut up chicken will work great after you've grilled it.

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

3 cups cubed precooked chicken

3 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or canned)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 can milk

Mix all ingredients together and put in a 8" greased pie pan. Put crust over that. Put pie pan on a cookie sheet as the pie may run over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Check crust - if it's golden brown all the way across, it's done. Enjoy. Easy and Simple!

Slice into strips to make fajitas, tacos, or burritos, rolling up in flour tortillas... grill some onions nad bellpeppers on your GF as well.

Top salads w/ chicken dices.

Dice up chicken, cool, and make chicken salad w/ it.

Cut into wide strips, shred w/ 2 forks, and make chicken enchiladas.

Dice up and add to soups/stews.

Brush w/ hot wing sauce and eat dipped into blue cheese dressing, buffalo-style.

You could do Grilled chicken salad's, Grilled chicken sandwich's, Grilled chicken with corn and mashed potatoes. There are tons of things you could do. I personally love Grilled chicken with ranch rolled in a tortilla wrap.
