Chickie's and Pete's fries?

i was just at a the philadelphia eagles game for my birthday and i loved the Chickie's and Pete's fries with cheese sauce.what is on the fries an in the cheese sauce?

if possible answer these extra parts if u know em if some1 can answer these 2 parts too you will probably get best answer

Chickie and Pete's that has made their "Crab Fries" locally famous and they seem to be popular in the Mid-Atlantic region but there isn't much in the way of recipes.  

Here is what I know though...

There's no crab meat on crab fries; just the Old Bay seasoning mix.

The cheese is a mixture of provolone cheese and water melted in a fondue type pot.  (This is the secret).

But, I guess you could use a cheez whiz variety served on the side for dipping.
