Hi i'm wondering on how i can help stop child abuse! Are there any websites?

Aren't children worth more than that. Make a call. Don't sit around looking for websites.... Just make the call.

If something more terrible happens to that child (if you are talking about someone in particular), you'll feel terrible for the rest of your life for not acting quickly.

If you are talking about helping stop abuse generally, start by reporting actuall incidents (by actual I mean don't read too much into chance instances) to the authorities. If someone in your circle needs support, then support them... a lot of minor incidents can be sorted out quickly when family and friends step up and help.
