Can childless parents adopt a child just before leaving for onsite/foregin country for work?people going from india to UK or Dubai specially(rules for the same)

I think what you are asking, but I am not sure, is -- Can parents adopt right before they are moving to another country for work?

Most agencies and countries do not approve this because they want to be able to supervise the adoption.  But all you have to do is call an agency you are considering and ask!  If you have not even done your home study yet, or been approved by an agency, or gotten all your paperwork to the INS, it is highly unlikely that you can get all this done and approved before you go.

International adoption takes months to even get to the point of being ready to wait on a referral.  And then you need to be in one spot.  

Make your calls and do you homework, since we do not know all the details including your time line.
