Child Custody?

Basically my ex is knowingly dating a registered convicted s*x offnder ho isnt allowed around my kids.Hes been arrested once for hear say and now he got arrested for being caught physically around my kids and is now in jail for parole violation.I have a couple ?'s I need help with as well as advice

1st Will he get out of this being he violated his parole and is very fresh out of prison jan of 08 was his original release and has 5 years of parole left.He didnt just urinate in public he was 22 and sleeping with a 13 y/o.

When he got caught at her house around my kids she went to jail as well for a warrant.I got the girls she was released later then next day.I went to children services and explained the situation they wouldnt help. They said my girls have to be hurt before any investigation can be done.So its ok for their mom to knowinglt have a registered s*x offender who isnt allowed around them? Who else could I talk to and will people really be concerned about this?

Contact your local PD s*x crimes unit or repeat offender unit depending on how the PD is set up. How old are your kids and do you have any court ordered rights to them? If he is violating his parole get in contact with his parole officer, obviously you are jaded in the matter due to the relationship but your information just might be the key to get the s*x offender's parole rejected and back to the slammer he goes.
