We are based in South Africa and are looking at child DNA/Fingerprint programs. Programs must be cost effective and of good quality. We have searched the web and contacted various websites but to date have had no response. Any suggestions are welcome

  1. Our local police department helps institute the program process. They make public announcements for dates parents can take their child to the mall or wherever to have this done.  Parents are given a copy of the file. It is a card with the child's prints, photo, address, parents names etc. The original file for this copy is kept with police in a computer data base. I would not give parents the only copy, it could be lost or destroyed.

  2. this is the Special Ed section

    thank you

  3. The cheapest and safest way would be to bank the samples and prints until needed. They should be locked away or kept with the parents. We do not need the wrong people getting access to other peoples only means of identification.
