My brother is 6 years old and use to live with our dad. But now lives with his mom [we have different moms] and ever since he's lived with his mom, for about 2 or 3 years now he's wanted to live with my dad again. And my dad is always saying how he'd love for him to live with him again and everything, but he can't take his mom to court to get him unless he can prove she's a bad mom. But I know there has to be something else, if you know of someother way. Or how old the child has to be to choose where he wan'ts to live, could you PLEASE, PLEASE help me. My brother is my best friend and I want the best for him, but I don't know how to help.
