Your wife moved out with out your consent? Your wife didn't need your consent to move out of your house. Sorry, but you obviouslly didn't make her happy so she up and left...she had every legal right to do so. Now with that having been said, you yourself do have your own legal rights of which you can fight for custody of your children if thats what you want, or to just ask for visitation if thats what you want. As a father you have plenty of legal rights and will always be allowed to see your children so long as there haven't been any serios crimes committed that could stop certain legal rights. Good luck.
