  1. Pay is different everywhere...

If he works in his own country he would earn less then if he works overseas.

Depends on what he does for a job.

If he is working overseas then you have to hope that the country he is working in is one that is linked to a child support agency somewhere in the world. Can be hard to collect otherwise.

If he has an overseas account it can sometimes make it hard to access his account to take the money out (if they go that way)..

You will have to check with your local child support collection agency.

  2. You can call Legal Aid, they'll take your case.

  3. You should get a court order for that.  They would know the appropriate amount to take from his wages in relation to his income.

  4. its all based on his income. and that field is good money so you should get enough.

  5. Do you have like an Office of Recovery Services? Or a place that you can open a case, and they'll deduct it straight from his checks, and you get sent the support? That's what I have my ex wife do to me,and it's actually better, one less worry.

Also, five years and no child support? You can get backed child support, and also he can get in a heap of trouble for not paying child support, thanks to the Dead Beat Father Law. Which,if you go or refuse to pay support, you can be put in jail. Hope this helped.
