Child Support hearing question?

How can you prove that the children DO NOT live with their mother(who is requesting more child support)? The kids live with their grandmother(who buys everything for them) and goes to school local to her house, not the mothers. Can that be used to prove the children do not live with their mother? She doesn't spend the money on the kids, and doesn't give it to the grandma to use on the kids either. its rediculous to pay to support her drug and booze habits.

  1. The grandmother can testify to this.

  2. you could get records from both the schools stating which school the children are enrolled in and how far it is from either place to show which school they really should be going to.

you could also get the grandmother to testify that she provides more than 50% of the children's care.

however how she spends the child support is not up to you and I wouldn't even go there it would discredit you in court.
