Child abuse reporting on abusive mother. Advice ?

I just want a little justice on my mom. I threw ketchup in mcdonalds I admitt we got some on people clothes and this girls purse and on me as well. I didnt care why would she. She wigs out for no reason she sees the manager yelling at us. Tells everyone there they cant help themselves were abunch of babies does anyone have diapers and bibs for them. meaning me and my bro. I didnt deserve that Im 16 not a baby. That has to be verbel abuse right? thats why i want to turn her in to social services for being abusive. she had NO right to say those things to me

She had every right to do so . The people that got ketchup on them were just being nice.  Why would you not care?  You are lucky someone didn't knock you out of your chair.  Next time go eat at the playground in McDonald land.  Bad Boy!

That's not abuse. She's your mother. She is allowed to say just about anything to you, spank you, ground you, etc. You don't really have any rights when it comes to your parents, unless she is beating or neglecting you.

There are kids having it worse, getting beaten. And you started it. she scolded you. Not abuse. Abuse= Hitting, Molesting, Neglect, and Extreme Verbal Abuse.

She is your mother. She is allowed to say whatever she wants to you, being that she clothes you, feeds you, and puts a roof over your head.

Social services cannot dictate what your mother can say to you. You are just overreacting. Since you are 16, your mother expects behavior that is becoming of a young adult, not a child. I'm 23, and I treat my parents with the respect that they deserve.

You have no idea what an abusive parent is, kid. When my parents were your age, they got hit with a leather belt for acting up, sometimes even punched full-fist. Even my mother got hit when she was young.

Child, you just have to suck it up. Parents will sometimes say stuff like that, especially if you are doing something immature like throwing ketchup in a restaurant. All your mother seeks to do is teach you to behave like a young adult so that you will reflect good on her. Part of becoming an adult is taking responsibility for your actions and not acting like a crybaby.

I know that you will probably just blow me off, but trust me. When you're a little older and wiser, you'll know where we are coming from. You sound like you still have some growing up to do.

EDIT:  Did anyone else here get an e-mail from ketchup boy, or was I the lucky one? He told me how could it not be abuse, and that I was siding with his mom because it is a "girl thing"

you can try to report her for that. but this isn't exactly verbal abuse. she just got mad. she might be having PMS or something take it easy. breathe for a moment dude. verbal abuse isn't illegal sadly.
