  1. try IVF.  she can have the eggs removed from her ovaries and fertilized with your sperm. the fertilized egg is then placed into her uterus where the pregnancy continues.  this way she is pregnant and the baby is yours, without having to go through an adoption.

    or...

she can try a tubal reversal as suggested above.

    but...

you might not be guaranteed a girl...

  2. Seems like these are facts you knew going into the marriage, and you chose her.

We don't always get to have everything we "always wanted."

    sorry.

  3. First does your wife want to adopt. If so there are agency's out there to help you in your quest. A lawyer can also help. There is a lot of paper work and a waiting list in most areas, depending on the age of the child you want. For infants there can be up to  7-10 year waiting list. A misdemeanor shouldn't matter. Good luck.

  4. We just started the process for adoption.  We looked at different agencies around town and we went to their intro sessions.  We found one we liked and are now filling out an application.  After that we have a home study done and our profile goes into their system to be chosen by a birth mother.

It costs a few thousand dollars for the process, and they check your income, get refences from your doctor, etc. and do a background check.  A misemeanor, depending on what it is, probably ok.  I would just ask before putting any money into the process.

  5. Have you discussed a tubal reversal?
