can a child wear a body warmer with a neck coller with a full body harness ito stop the harness hurting or diging in to the neck when do indoor rock climbing

you may not like the idea but I'd cut the part that is cutting in the skin and adjust it so will never hurt, on the other side a better fitted size or other fleece product, the net is full of them, just search for "child body warmer" "fleece children wear" you'll get tones of places sizes prices and more
