Child car seating help?

Question

can you seat a 4 year old child on the rear seat centre armrest of a mercedes e320.

it does have a seatbelt to go over the armrest.

i think the armrest can be used as a child booster, but not too sure about that

there's different type of child seats for different age. check before buying...

If the armrest will go completely up and the seat beat will secure the child then yes it will work, also try this site it may help you....

Update.......I forgot to mention that as long as the car seat will fit securely then it will be okay......

No.  It is an armrest, not a booster seat.  The law requires that children have a correct booster seat properly installed.
