  1. what is her diploma?

    cache

    b tech

she should contact her early years department for your local authority

find it on line in the telephone directory or visit your town hall

    good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. With the local council, assuming you are not in america.

  3. She will need to get an application form from her regional Ofsted office. Then contact her Local authority - There is a registration fee of £14 She may need to have safety, fire, health and police checks too But she might be able to get a grant from the Early Years and Childcare Partnership

  4. She will need to register with OFSTED and pay a fee they will come to her home and inspect it for health and safety.  She could then register with the local council and have her details displayed on their web site.  t

here are plenty of people to support her at the council but she will need to put in place policies and procedures such as child protection, health and safety, allegations of abuse, complaints, sickness, Equal Ops and fire to name but a  few.   She will also need to have an awareness of the Birth to three matters framework and Foundation Stage curriculum although it is unlikely she will be providing education to your child (if your child already attends a pre-school) she will still have to work with in the guidlines.

OFSTED website is very helpful and they will send out a full pack stating all of the rules and regulations of becoming a childminder.

  5. If you mean nannying then she does not need to register anywhere you need to let the tax people know if she is going to be a child minder the difference is she cares for your child in her own home rather than yours she needs to contact your local counsel as there are lots of regulations shr needs to comply with to become registared
