  1. no. the program thru Dhs only pays if you attend a program where you actually attend class and I would caution you to think wisely about an online college. Most employers do not accept degrees from those colleges. they are not accredited which means even if you got a bachelors degree you could not go to a regular college later on and get a masters degree..they are not transferrable. To most employers, if you can't attend on on campus program, they won't talk to you.

  2. I don't mean to be rude, but you made the choice to have a child before you bothered to educate yourself and set yourself up in life. I have no problem with our government helping out with  health care or paying for your college, but expecting the government to also pay to babysit your children- while you're at home-  is really pushing it. And no, I don't think there's anywhere that is going to help you out with that.

  3. Where do you live? Look around. In the Yellowpages, at any shopping center, online, you'll find a day-care center. Your church may have one.

  4. Probably. Where is the father?

  5. You've got to be kidding.  Where is the child's' Dad.  Do you have any near by relatives to help out.  Many take online classes and do not expect child care assistance??  You are at home, correct me if I am wrong.  I would strongly suggest that you get a friend/relative/child's' Dad to help you out instead of looking for a handout.  Who is to really know that in fact you are trying to get an online college degree.
