  1. to get out of daycare ASAP, make sure they don't kill each other in the span of 10 hours, and myself keep from going insane in the span of one day working with 40 two olds.... God I hate daycare!!!!!! everyday i just want to throw up......

  2. True professional early childhood education providers have the goal of providing a safe and comforting environment that allows a children to explore their surroundings with their senses freely, to encourage socialization skills, and prepare a child for the primary education setting through appropriately designed learning experiences that cater to the needs and diversity of the class. In the beginning stages (ie infant toddler) it is mostly about assisting in the achievement of milestones related to growth and development, like providing the opportunites and experiences for an infant to first sit up or crawl, recognize words that are spoken to them by talking to them through everything even diaper changes. When you get to preschool, the focus is still on milestones of development, but more so the scaffolding of or extension of those achievements. My personal goal is to help every child reach their potential in every aspect of development. I know that this goal is almost insurmountable, but when you dream big, you achieve more then you expected.
