doin my reflective account and i need this question puttin differently its, how you asked for constuctive feedback on the work you did. i just need the word constructive puttin differently. thanks

  1. Constructive means that they are telling you how you need to improve but nicely.

    Are you doing an NVQ in CCLD by any chance? I'm an NVQ assessor and what you've written sounds very familiar.

    If I asked this of my students I would want them to ask their teacher how they think you could improve on xyz. Give the teacher a specific area to comment on as this helps them. For example ask the teacher how they felt you dealt with unwanted behaviour or how you assisted the children with their reading/Jolly Phonics.

    So constructive basically is someone telling you how you could improve in a nice way.
