  1. I think mothers should employ their own nannies. Why the h**l should anyone else pay?

  2. I always felt that older women are underused in the childcare industry...I would prefer to leave a child with a woman over 60 than some 18 year old girl!

  3. yes i definatly think it would

  4. I think if retired nurses want to become nannies then they should on their own I do not believe that the state or anyone else should pay for your childcare needs unless you are truly in need of assistance and furthermore just because they are older and have been a nurse does not mean that they are any good with children. also some elderly people were raised during a different time when spankings and punishment where the norm are these the types of people that you would want to take care of your child? I am not saying that older nurses would not make great childcare providers some of them most likely would but you cannot just say because they were a nurse that they would! It very much depends on that persons views on how children should be raised and disciplined.

  5. you are very much right.it will pay because they have the expertise.so, let the government do so.good luck.
