  1. You feel that way because it's your maternal instincts kicking in, trust me I know.  I remember the first time I let my two month old spend an overnight visit away from me, it's was horrible for me.

First you have to talk to your ex about getting back together and if you two want to give it a try or not.  If not then you need to give him more visiting time with the baby, at least two overnights a week I think and more visits for a few hours during the week or so.  That is the normal.  Because if he does go to court he will get that anyway if not more.

  2. give him more time maybe another day just to see how it goes you should never deny the father his right to be there

  3. the only reason ur feeling anxious when shes not with u is because thats a mother thing. every mother feels that way when their baby isnt with them. if ur worried about him taking u to court go ahead and let him. but i say the best thing to do is just to file for joint custody that way yall dont be fighting so much over who has the baby. in that case theres a schedule as to has her on what days. but if thats not what u want to do then u have to learn to let go of ur insecurities and let the father of ur child be a father instead trying to keep the baby from him. cuz i promise u the baby will grow up wanting to be with her father. i know from experience.
