Child custody in the state of Arkansas

Question

Custody was recently awarded to my ex husband in a motion to modify because the kids were old enough to decide where they wanted to live. He told the kids that when they were ready to come home to me that he would let them. Now they are wanting to come home but he of course refuses. I am wanting to file for another motion to modify but really don't have the money to go through the long battle again. Can I file something without a lawyer? If so what?
