Child development arts and crafts...?

for my class my group is in charge of arts a crafts.. for 3-5 year olds what arts and crafts are there that start with the letter A idk why my teacher has to have a specific letter but i really can't think !

A great resource for pulling together crafts with lessons appropriate for the season, is Learning in Motion, it encompasses crafts, beginning writing ( like a single letter), teaches descriptiveness etc. It also has letters you can send home to the parents explaining what you are doing for an activity, why, and how they can help reinforce it at home. When I still did OT in the schools this book worked great at pulling in all parts of the educational environment into one activity.

Paint with apples - if you cut them in half there is a star in the middle - perfect for dipping in red paint.

Go online and in your search bar type in crafts projects for the letter A. I found tons of things for this letter and all of the 26 letters. You'll get a Hugh list of web sites you can visit and choose different projects for your letter.

A few of the web sites i love is abcteach.com and childcareland.com. These are free web sites that you can print out worksheets, patterns and project information for your class.
