Child development course year 10?

im about to start my year 10 child development course but i really want a good level on this, so im trying to do some reasearch on stuff that could be helpful in the topic. if anyone has done the course or have any useful info, please can you write it. i would be really greatful.

  1. Do you mean year 10 as in a child who is age 10?  Or a child who is in grade 10?

    If a child is 10 years old, they are becoming much more independent.  They often start taking more risks at home - which might come across as being defiant.  They start caring about what their peers think, and may take less risks with peers in order to look "cool" and not "stupid."  Cliques start to form.  They start to question authority.  Self esteem is crucial.

    Grade 10 children are usually 15 years of age, and are a lot different!
