Child lock. someone has pressed the child lock on my Akai (CTV29TA) TV.now all i can see is a blue

someone has pressed the child lock on my Akai (CTV29TA) TV.now all i can see is a blue screen and a lock...i cannot seem to remove the lock...the remote is not working as well..i tried all the buttons on the remote and on the tv as well...doesnt seem to work. is there any other method to unlock it?

My Akira LCD TV Model NO. LCT-17CHST was accidentally set to child lock. Now, I cannot override the locked. All control is locked. How can I over ride this without using remote control coz I don't have one?
