It's the website for Megan's Law where you can find the addresses of registered s*x offenders in your area. But keep in mind that if someone hasn't updated their address info, they won't be on it. If you're 'iffy' about someone particular, I'm sure you can contact someone off the website for help in finding out if the person is registered in a different area.
