Child rape, would you kill some one if they raped and brutalized your child?

if some one raped your child and made it so that they could never have children would you kill the person who raped them? in the supreem court it ruled that capital punishment could not be imposed without the death of the victim, except possibly for espionage or treason. now think of this, that child cna no longer have children shouldn't that be considered a crime that should have the death penalty? I mean really though they've effectively killed the child's cances of ever having a family, and what about the parents they will never have grandchildren, if that happened to my kid I would kill the s.o.b. I know better than most people what its like to have been raped as a child my father did it to me and got away with it because of the statute of limitations and because he fled to canada, I had supressed the memory of the event and because of that I will never have justice, right now my wife is 6 months pregnate and if anyone rapes my kid I will kill them personally

I most definitely would. My sister is 15 years younger than me...and I can tell you right now, if anyone so much as lays a finger on her pretty little head, I can assure you that they will regret it.

There is no statue of limitations when it comes to the rape of a child or even an adult.  He must not have been prosecuted because he was in Canada.  Even today he could be charged.

Yes...I definately make them suffer....I'd prob get a 10in thick steel pipe and do the same to them.... I was raped as a child by my uncle...and still have to deal with it...it's not nice..and I think about someone doing that to my child omg...i can't handle it...I'd def kill them

I would definetly make them suffer for as long as I could until either God stopped me or thier body gave out. No one comes near my daughter like that.

I personally believe that there is nothing after this life; this is it. So killing the person would do nothing except give them the easy way out, which is why a lot of mass shooters kill themselves afterwards--to avoid punishment.

I would want that kind of person in prison for life so he has nothing to live for and nothing to look forward to. I would also want him to work every day he can in that prison to pay for his own living expenses. Any other things to make him or her as miserable as possible are welcomed.

Child rape is a horrible thing for someone to do, and he or she deserves a horrible life because of that action. You ruin my child's childhood; I'll ruin your adulthood.

I wouldn't kill them. I would torture the f**k out of them till they commit suicide! So then it would go down as suicide and I wouldn't go to jail. Plus a bullet to the head would be easy. Torture would take a while which would cause more pain for the b*****d.

Court-schmout.  You gotta do what you gotta do, and it's not likely any jury would convict you (temporary insanity, etc).  

However, consider the risk of going to jail for the rest of YOUR life when your child needs you around the most.  Revenge is rarely as sweet as we think it will be.

I'm sorry about your experience.  Obviously YOU weren't left sterile, fortunately, nor are 99% of rape victims ("Sybil" being an exception).  But you need proper counseling more than you need justice, I think.

And in your scheme of justice, consider that all sexual acts are not the same, that rape isn't necessarily violent, and that s*x with a parent is particularly traumatizing because it's a parent, not what was done necessarily.  The same acts with a perfect stranger may not be devastating at all.

I wouldn't kill them, that's the easy way out. I would have them tortured to near death, let them recover then have them tortured again and again, until the day they die

i sure as h**l would.... i don't care who you are you don't rape children those sick ****s! and NOBODY touches my kids without getting mama bear angry. I would get payback legally or not. they would rue the day they decided to f*** up. and they'd really be missing they male parts...and eventually (after torture)their life.

and i think those judges are out of thier minds or very corrupted to outlaw that.
