Let me see if I interpreted right...

You were ordered to pay support, and you were ordered to get health insurance for the child.  You are asking if you can get medicaid as your insurance for the child???

If that is the question, the answer is no.  In order for you to sign the child up for medicaid the child has to live with you.  The health insurance that you are required to get has to come through your employer as the non-residential parent.
