  1. Have they attempted to go to his job? He can't play brother there, nor will his employer risk his business by lying for him. I'd really push for them to serve him at his work. If you don't know where he works, call your friends back there, I'm sure one of them could easily find out for you.

good luck. sorry you're going this.

  2. No SS#? Must be an illegal?

If he is filing refunds for children and they live with you, call IRS.

The courts can also have any IRS refunds come to you that he files.

Get a lawyer! Check local deadbeat dad laws and lock him up.

  3. Apply for assistance wherever you can.  You can bet that the system will track him down and garnish his wages.  Believe me, they will find him.  There's nothing wrong with a single mom applying for assistance.  Whether it's just for simple things like food or housing, you are not taking advantage of it.....just getting the things you need.

  4. Here's a suggestion, but it's strictly up to the support enforcement or cops to fulfill and get him served. First he has to have a social number or driving license. Unless he's an alien here. In a situation that happened to my friend, they made a road block and when they stopped his car,he was ordered to put down his window and asked to see his license and asked his name, when they were sure it was him, they simlpy said, Mr.John Doe, you are hereby served. So he was compelled to appear in court for his child support.
