Child support they screwed up this time?

my fiancee had recieved cash assistance back when we were not together, but then we went to court to cease all payments and to inform them that we were living together. Its been a while since anythign they usually take 24/wk to repay my balance. But lateley they have strted sending her child support payemtns again a 450 check a 140 a 300 and now the 24 a wk they take from my check. This time is is there s***w what do I do if they add this money to my balance

Go back to the court or court officer. Take a good book. I use Dave Barry for this; I buy him in used book stores. Be prepared to wait for long periods. Eventually you may get it straightened out. Take all the canceled checks, pay stubs, etc. you can find.
