If nothing has changed in you circumstances, do you just do nothing or do you still have to fill all the forms in? Or if they don't hear from you do they stop your money.

  1. Even if there are no changes you still need to respond to them. If you don't reply by 31st July your payments will stop. Do it on the phone it takes about 2 minutes. Much easier than those silly forms.

    Do it now!!!!

  2. You have to confirm that there are no changes in your circumstances. If you do not they will stop your tax credits.

  3. If your form says there is a reply required. you will need to contact them with your previous year income details, regardless if there have been any other changes.

If your form is an 'auto-renewal', your claim will be automatically renewed on 31st July if your income is still within the bandings stated.

I would advise you to call them on 0845 300 3900.  You can renew it over the telephone if you have all the income information to hand, and that way you don't have to fill in the paperwork.  They will be able to advise you if your claim will be automatically renewed or not, and be able to advise exactly what you need to do.

    Hope this helps

  4. You will still have to fill out the forms. If you do not and they receive no reply by 31st july then they may stop your benefits

  5. you need to fill in the r85 form so that you don't get taxed but that is the only for children

  6. fill it in or they'll **** it up.

  7. if there is no change, you do not have to return the renewal form and your payment will continue at the same level.

I got a thumbs down! Seems that both me and the Revenue are wrong then:

Unless directed you do not have to return it if there are no change of circumstances
