Childcare (government help)?

Ok so right now I am on welfare, but I am ready to get off soon. I just got the childcare from them and my worker said she will transfer it to stage 2 which is Children's Home Society (non-welfare low-income daydare) because my school/work schedule is stable.

So my question is usually when you get off, you have to have your childcare transferred to Children's Home, but since its already there am I good to go? Or is there like a stage 3, like meaning Children's Home has to know I am not affiliated with welfare anymore? I will ask my worker, but we wont meet until a couple weeks.

Also, how much will I have to pay if I am only getting $584/mo from welfare? I know Children's Home does a sliding scale based on your income, but welfare has a set rate they pay and anything more I have to pay. Anyone know? My worker doesn't know, I have to ask the worker they give me from Childrens Home, but it is still in the process of getting processed so I currently have no one to ask.
