Childhood Rhyme Help....

does anybody know the

spiders crawling up/down your spine

rhyme? i know those first three lines. the version i am thinking of has, "crack an egg over your head, let the yoke run down" and "stab a knife in your back" and "cool breeze" and then i just can't remember which order or the other lines. any help? it's really bugging me that i cant figure it out! .. the person closest to the version i'm thinking gets the points.

 Hmm... i believe there was also one something to do with a stab in the back and an egg crack ?
