Childlock on tv without remote. i have a technika 40" lcd tv and the childlock has been put on and

i have a technika 40" lcd tv and the childlock has been put on and the remote has been lost. now i cant even turn the tv on. how can i reset the child lock or remove it so i can use the tv again?? i have tried unpluging it to no avail. i have even tried to buy a replacement remote online but no company seem 2 stock them. the model number is lcd40-107. any help would be REALLY appreciated. thanks
