  1. does she drink alot of juice or soda pop? This could increase her risk-

Ask your dentist about putting sealants on your child teeth helps to seal out decay-some kids are just more prone to tooth decay. Kids should eat a good diet and limit snacking-when you eat food containing suger or starch the bacteria that produces acids attack tooth enamel. frequent snacking even fruit can cause frequent acid attacks & increase risk for tooth decay-try having her brush even after snack time-if unable to brush rinse with water. Good Luck!!

  2. it is hereditary, sometimes

ask the dentist next time you go.

  3. Soda....NO SODA!

    Absolutely!!

No sport drinks, no canned or bottled teas...

Low acid juices only  (no citrus) ...watered  down grape and apple juice only as a treat.

    MILK and WATER are best.

See about Fluoride varnish at the dental office

Make sure taking fluoride vitamins (if not in the water)
