Children's t.v programme on in the 80's/90's?????

There was a duck on wheels... a teddy bear... and someone played the piano.... they lived in an attic... i need help lol it's annoying me! it wasn't animated they were like actual toys.

could be old bear stories

theme tune went something like 'lets all gather around, gather around old bear' it was about stuffed toys which came to life. and actual toys were used,  there was a few bears, a giraffe called jolly tall and a zebra called zebidee etc. or so i remember......................
