My daughter is 6 years old and I'm being told she needs a 23 inch tennisracket. That seems a bit big to me. Why so big and what's wrong with a 21 inch tennis racket?

She's of normal size...

  1. Well for tennis rackets it depends. U should pick the one that ur daughter feels most comfortable with. U can start small and when she feels that she has mastered the racket, go out and get the next size. Don't get one way to big since it will be hard to play and don't get one to small to play with. What u should do is go to a tennis shop or store and try out the rackets and see if its too heavy and pick the best one for her. If u have further questions the sport manager may help a bit or research but I think u should get whatever u think is best.

  2. Is really depends on comfort...but if you buy a tennis racket...suggestions should be in there for finding the appropriate tennis racket.
