I need some help,

The legal requirement for indoor space in a childcare setting is 35 square feet and the outdoor space is 75 square feet.

BUT

where is this a legal requirement, in other words, who made it law,

is it the national stnadards of day care, the children act 1989???

who set this space requirement??

  1. Yes it's the National care Standards---its standard 3-Physical Environment!

Im doing the Foundation Degree so I know how specific you have to be :) Sure the more I'm learning the more common sense falls out my head hehe!

  2. :-)  No offense meant by my response...but why are you asking WHO made it a law?  Does it matter?  It's in our licensing requirements and therefore we follow it.  :-)  It's definately realistic.
