  1. First things first...you need to do your research on the Children Act 1989..look it up there is also a revised version Children act 2004 but the first one is the most important. There is alot fo stuff about how it promotes the welfare of the child etc...the welfare of the child is paramount - this means protecting the child and giving them the best chances in life. it highlighted for the 1st time that parents HAD responsibility for there child no one else. Just look it up theres alot of stuff on it. I know there is because i done level 3 nursery nursing and now doing degree in early years..and i have done this to DEATH again again again..get it into your head if u plan on going further.
