I live in pa gross income is around 2500 monthly i have a daughter that lives with me and attends daycare weekly. Does anyone know around how much i will have to pay for child support and details about paying to another state.

  1. are you the father of both children if so then ask about child support for the child you have.If she has a husband why are they on welfare dont they work?I wish people would have to account for the money they get for child support to prove that it goes to the child becasue it sounds like you will be paying  money that the whole family will be using.Sad


  2. the child lives with you, so why pay child support when you are caring for her full time and providing everything.. I don't understand the question..more like a statement

  3. They will collect it out of your paycheck as they would any child support order and they usually take up to 1/4 of your income.  If you are back due, they can take no more than 1/2 of your income.  Since you do have another child, they may take that into consideration and take less.

  4. all i can say is u wil have to show proof of your income and they hold NO MERCY
