As the second half started off at San Juan, the Mexicans were leading the game by a goal. The goal came through a lucky header which looped past the Chilean goalkeeper, Claudrio Bravo and found the back of the net.
As the second half started, the Chileans looked to be the better the side on the pitch. They looked well organized and they were moving the ball around well to trouble the Mexican http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Defence-c38904 line.

Despite leading the game, the Mexicans were finding it hard to retain a five man midfield played by the Chilean coach. They were dominating in the midfield and they kept on surging forward to find the equalizing goal as the second half continued.
It was during the 67th minute when Chile finally made a breakthrough. It was none other than the Udinese star http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexis-Sánchez-c4979 who did wonders and created the opportunity for his side.
Despite playing poorly in the first half and missing on a lot of great opportunities, Alexis Sanchez created an outstanding goal scoring opportunity in the second half. The Udinese player of the season troubled the Mexican defence and won a corner. Fernandez

the ball from going in and Chile led the game.

find his man when it was required.

for Pacheco – who came on during the second half. Pacheco made no mistake and tried to finish the ball into the net. However, the Chilean goalkeeper Bravo made a save through his face to help the team remain into the game.
The game ended and the Chileans won it 2-1. Despite being a goal down after the first half, Chile gave a wonderful performance during the second half and dazzled the crowd with a two goal come back.
