Chili's Server's/Managers or anyone?

Question

Can you please tell me what the process is for hiring? My sister applied for a job, and she said there was a lot of testing and then after everything they said she wasn't "qualified". She has been a server for YEARS and has held a professional career for 10.

I have never heard of such a thing, siunds like they wanted excuse not to hire sister or maybe she didnt test well and fit into their image. look elsewhere, not great to work for anyway, lot of turnover, bad food, etc.

LMAO, I was interviewed for Chilis and told that I had too much experience (been a server for 12 years on and off now. The manager told me that they want servers without too much experience because they want them to have no ideas about how it is to serve at other restaurants, they want people who only know it "the Chili's way".

No wonder pretty much every time we go in the one by us we get crappy service. I let him know this too when we came in!
