Chilis workers?

Question

i jsut applyed at the one in mt laurel, and i heard that they give you an interview right after you fill out the application, they didnt do that for me should i be worried ? i only filled it out today but anyone shed some light?

the manager was also there that day i went at like 215ish because i knew they woudlnt be busy

i know for a fact they are hiring

My brother works for chili's and they dont always give you an interview that day.  My brother and two of his friends both turned in their app. and then got a call about two days letter to set up an interview time. But be prepared you have to answer a personality test, but DO NOT lie about it cuz what you think they want you to be like is not always what they really want you to be like.  But dont worry about it, im sure they will call you or contact you sometime in the next week. just be patient. and good job by turning it in at a non-busy time major plus.

They maybe just didn't have time. There is no rule that says they need to do it right away. Did you ask to speak to the manager when you turned your app. in? You can always call back 2morrow to show interest. Don't give up! It can take a little time. Good luck to you.
