  1. simple, you make two differant soups of the same consistancy, pour one into your bowl,if you need to you can hold back one soup as you pour the other in or tilt as you ladle the other in..garnish with a bagel chip and chiffonade of basil..

  2. CHILLED TOMATO - CHEESE SOUP

    1 can condensed tomato soup

    2 c. light cream

    1 tsp. lemon juice

    1 tsp. horseradish

    1 tsp. salt

    Few drops Tabasco sauce

    1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese

    1/4 c. chopped green onions

    Dash pepper or to taste

    Sour cream

Combine soup, cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and Tabasco sauce. Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well and chill. Serve in chilled bowls. Top with a fluff of sour cream. Yield 4-6 servings.

  3. How can one side of "soup" be yellow and the other red?!

Unless there is some "partition" between them.

Maybe they just had different toppings! Like one side had lots of cheese, or had more cream on top and etc..
