Chills on 1st day of school???

I don't know why, but every year the same thing happens. The first day of school I get so nervous that I even get dizzy and nauseous. What are some tips to stay cool on the first day?

  1. This is a case of too much adrenaline in your body and it is coming out in a small anxiety attack. To stop this from happening you need to try and relax a bit, do this by trying to get a good night's sleep and do some things to take your mind off school.  Try meditation or yoga and drinking a cup of warm milk before bed.

    Otherwise on the way to school take deep slow breaths to slow down your heartbeat.
