I need some help please! I have heard that when you hear a story and you get chills that if it goes down one side of our body the story is true. Only problem is I can't remember if it is the right side or left. Thanks so much for your help.

  1. I have never heard anything like that, but that would be interesting, isn't your right side stand for truth? Like you place your right hand on the bible to swear, so i think your right side would stand for the truth!

  2. i've never heard that before.. interesting

  3. There are a lot of things that people say determines truth.

In Egyptian lore, if someone sneezed immediately after saying something, then the statement made was true. I've also heard that if a friend of the person who made the statement sneezes, then both are to be trusted. But if both sneeze, it's a lie.

In Judaic lore, you can know the truth simply by praying. The Christians adopted this.

In Viking lore, the truth can be determined only by knowing the person well enough to know if what they say is true, or by rune magic.

Truth is only known when it is known to be factual. I don't know where your chills idea comes from, but what if one person gets chills down one side, and another person gets chills down the other?

  4. Right!
