Chilly&Cheese or Cheese?????

Question

Do you know anything that will go good with cheese sauce? Nothing too complicated though. I was looking for a chip recipe, you know, the chips with a chili & cheesey topping, what its called and where can I find the recipe? but anything that goes with the cheese sauce will be good. Nachos .....  Just pour the cheese sauce over a pile of tortilla chips.  Sprinkle some sliced jalapeno peppers, cut-up tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced black olives on top.....

You can put the cheese sauce over any steamed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus);  over baked or mashed potatoes;  over French Fries (sprinkle with crumbled bacon too)

a can of rotel tomatoes and a block of velveeta cheese, put it all in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

can add browned hamburger meat or sausage, or a can of chili

If you want healthy, steamed cauliflower and broccoli. Not healthy but delicious, Poutine, which is french fries covered with cheese sauce and gravy. You can by packaged or canned gravy. Serve it hot.

The dish you are thinking of is called   "Chili Cheese Fries"  in the USA.

It is seasoned french fries (chips) smothered in chili, then covered in cheese sauce.
